After many years of quoting by the conventional method of carrying out a site visit, showing the client brochures then returning to the workshop to formulate a quote, then posting it out in the mail and wondering why we never heard from them again Richard constructed the concept of a mobile showroom whereas the actual product was displayed even to the extent of it having full operation, so the customer could not only see, hear and feel the real thing but they could do this at the convenience of their own home at a time that suited them!
Due to customer frustration with time delays in getting the solutions and prices to their heating problems Chill Technology again meet customer demand with a costing procedure that sees the customer presented with a written quotation whilst we are still on site. Alternative options can be priced if required and over 50% of the time the customer makes the decision to proceed on the spot, confirming with the payment of their deposit.

Because a large number of the homes we design solutions for are new or under construction we found that we needed a suitable premises to show the customers working units in a ‘home style’ environment where we could lay out theirs plans and explore the options.
We regularly upgrade our equipment in the showroom so that our customers can see and feel some of the latest solutions on offer. From heat pump air conditioning to home ventilation and under floor heating, once our customers call for a visit they will have a much better understanding of how different systems will work for them
A big part of the decision to locate on the fringe of the CBD was that it was still handy to the city and it had great off street parking.
